Cladding Options
James Hardie Cladding
Durable and low maintenance, James Hardie fibre cement boards come in over 20 wood grain finishes. Resistant to fire, water and extreme weather, this cladding has an estimated 50+ year lifespan while giving your garden room a natural timber appearance.
Millboard Composite Cladding

All our garden rooms are completely bespoke, and that includes the exterior cladding. You can mix and match finishes to suit your style, for example, one cladding on the front and different ones on the sides. We primarily use the options listed here, but if you have another cladding preference, just let us know and we'll see how we can make it work.

Our windows come as single, double or triple configurations, including full height options, all tailored to fit your garden room perfectly.
Our bi-folds come in aluminium by default, while all other doors and windows can be aluminium or PVC in black, white, or anthracite grey — and if you’re after something different, just have a chat with us.

Roof Options
When it comes to the roof, you are not limited to one style - we can design your garden room with a pent roof or a pitched roof. Each option offers its own character, from architectural to sleek and contemporary, so you can choose the look that best suits your garden.
Pitched
A benefit of a pitched roof is the potential for a vaulted ceiling, which creates a spacious and airy interior, but a pitched roof doesn't just add extra height inside, it also creates an architectural feature that makes your garden room feel more like a permanent house like structure.
Pent
A pent roof gives your garden room a clean, modern look. With its single slope it provides a streamlined profile that sits comfortable under height restrictions while efficiently draining rainwater away.
Garden Room Interiors
Flooring
As part of our standard package, we fit Howdens Professional V Groove flooring, as shown in the swatches below. We choose this range because it is durable, easy to maintain, and has a stylish finish that works perfectly in garden rooms.
Every garden room we build is bespoke, so if you would prefer a different type of flooring, we can fit alternatives such as luxury vinyl tiles, carpet or solid/engineered wood flooring. Just let us know and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote.

Electrical & Heating
Our garden rooms come with a standard electrical package that includes four double sockets, internal and external LED downlights, and a dedicated consumer unit. All work is carried out by a qualified electrician and comes with a full electrical certificate for your peace of mind.
Want something a little different? We can tailor your electrics to suit your needs — from extra sockets, dimmable switches, external floodlights, and smart lighting with remote control, to armoured CAT6 internet cabling.
For year-round comfort, you can also add heating and climate control options such as electrical underfloor heating with touchscreen thermostat, wall-hung electric radiators, air conditioning with heating and cooling, or insulation upgrades.

Interior Finish
Your garden room will have fully plastered walls and ceilings, with skirting boards fitted for a neat polished look. If the room includes an internal door, we also supply and fit the architraves.
We can recommend painters or decorators or provide a quote to complete the finish exactly as you would like.
