 Step 2 – Site Visit & Consultation

We visit your property to assess the space, access, and any preparation needed while discussing your ideas in detail.

 

 Step 3 – Design & Proposal

Receive a bespoke design and detailed proposal. Includes an AR mock-up so you can see your garden room inside and out, plus a full breakdown of specifications, finishes, and costs.

 

 Step 4 – Preparation & Base Work

We prepare your site, including ground clearance, levelling, and installation of a concrete base if required.

 

 Step 5 – Construction & Installation

Full build of your garden room: frame, roofing, windows, doors, insulation, plastering, and electrics (always included). Stay in touch throughout via WhatsApp or email to ask questions or request changes.

 

 Step 6 – Finishing Touches

Completion of any decorating (if requested), flooring, and landscaping such as decking, patios, or pathways to integrate the garden room with your outdoor space.

 

 Step 7 – Handover & Aftercare

We walk you through your completed garden room to ensure everything meets your expectations. Your space is ready to enjoy immediately, with ongoing support available
